Features of the Standalone image
- Almost all packages from the Standalone profile
- All packages from the laptop task
- The KDE desktop profile for students/pupils.
Activating translations and regional support
To activate a specific translation, boot using locale=ll_CC.UTF-8 as a boot option, where ll_CC.UTF-8 is the locale name you want. To aciviate a given keyboard layout, use the keyb=KB option where KB is the wanted keyboard layout. A complete list of locale codes is available in /usr/share/i18n/SUPPORTED, but only the UTF-8 locales are supported by the live images. Not all locales have translations installed, though. The keyboard layout names can be found in /usr/share/keymaps/i386/.

- the password for the user is "user", root has no passwd set.
