Introduction
Non-profit organization CETRIL invites DebianEdu team to a working session in Soissons, north of France
We can take in charge up to 30 people and there are still places left, so feel free to add yourself to the registration table below Registration will remain open till wednesday 7th february, we won't be able to handle travels & housing if you register after this date
When ?
?DevCamp will start from Monday 19th to Friday 23th February but developpers will be welcome from Friday 16th depending of transportation & holidays capabilities.
For people coming during the week end, you'll be housed for one or two nights in an hotel, and we'll take you along to a trip
The session will officialy ends on Friday 23th, though CETRIL propose to bring you all to FOSDEM in Brussels (Belgium)
We'll go to Brussels on the 23th Feb. early evening so you can go to the meeting at Grand Place if you wish
Where ?
Soissons is located in north of France, 45 minutes north of Charles de Gaulle Airport near Paris.
You'll be hosted in a lovely inn in Belleu (see attached pictures at bottom)

Organization
Expenses
CETRIL will take in charge :
- travel (you'll receive your tickets at home the week before departure)
- housing (in room from 2 to 4 persons)
- food (please tell us if you need some special food)
- transportation from Soissons to FOSDEM in Brussels (Belgium)
- travel back home from Belgium or Soissons after the FOSDEM
FOSDEM participation and housing in Belgium is not handled by CETRIL, you'll be left on your own during this week end
Hardware stuff & internet access
At least 1Mbps connection and wireless network will be set up.
Network cables, laser printers and video projector can also be provided. For any specific need please contact us
