Joy Theme

Idea :

Many Linux distributions provide fancy and good-looking themes, trying to impress at first sight their users. Beside, the Debian distribution has always tried to be aesthetically simple and sober. In one word, being attractive by being efficient. The Wheezy artwork call for proposals is a good opportunity to enhance this efficiency through a full svg, light and simple theme.

Approach :

Most of Linux distributions have their own colors as a recognisable sign. Ubuntu uses Dark/Brown, Fedora uses Dark/Dark Blue, openSUSE uses plain green, Mint uses Grey/Light Green... Debian is Light Blue. So, even if some proposals suggests other unused set of colors (Dark/Dark Purple or Dark Brown), the main goal is to use blue. As plain wallpapers are a bit agressive whatever the used color, I used a well-known central gradient, but with a carefully chosen blue.

The Debian Logo has to be shown without any fancy and useless effect. The logo is great, no need to do anything on it.
