Weather The average temperature in September in Asahikawa is about 15.9 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature is about 21.6°C, and the lowest is about 11.2°C. ̇ Asahikawa is known for its temperature dropping to the point that locals say, "It suddenly gets cold after Obon." A spare AP can be installed temporarily (for a fee) by a local network builder. How flexible is routing/firewalls/IP ranges/public access/WiFiSSID/etc when using other people's infrastructure?
Needs adjustment. It is possible to entrust it to local network builders.
Is it possible to set up the core network before DebCamp? (It is desirable to do it 1 or 2 days in advance. It takes a few more weeks for wireless LAN.) Installation can be requested prior to DebCamp start date.

We got a rough estimate from my first choice Art Hotel Asahikawa.
The answer was quite expensive, at less than 8.2 million yen per day for the entire hotel. Other candidates are under consideration.
At DebConf, We found out that it would be expensive to rent it for 1 week, approximately 50 million ~60 million yen.
