A spare AP can be installed temporarily (for a fee) by a local network builder. How flexible is routing/firewalls/IP ranges/public access/WiFiSSID/etc when using other people's infrastructure?

Needs adjustment. It is possible to entrust it to local network builders.

Is it possible to set up the core network before DebCamp? (It is desirable to do it 1 or 2 days in advance. It takes a few more weeks for wireless LAN.) Installation can be requested prior to DebCamp start date.
