Last Meeting: Everything done except the GST on sponsorship
Matrix is broken. xmpp + mailing list
Take more decisions in the meetings which will be open for further discussion
Design team: Abraham is creating a design system. Need to find more designers.
Budget: Need to get feedback from other teams. Better if more hands on budget prep. SGK agreed to help.
Follow up with KITE and Infopark CEO.
Website team: MR under review. Blocker due to waiting for upstream patch to merge.
Networking team to find vendors or orgs to borrow or buy gear
Venue team: waiting for draft agreement from the hotel contact.
MDCO IN 22 updates:
- - Started CFP, Registration etc., - Started reaching out to potential sponsors.
  - We got couple of people as speakers from the call itself
  - - srud, anupa and abraham - packaging workshop - ravi for key signing party - bady - installation party

Sruthi: Send calendar invites for team meetings.
Praveen: Create XMPP rooms for DebConf communication.
Sruthi: Follow up with Pratheep regarding venue agreement. Get blueprints for venue.
