Budget is high
Not paying 75K per day for access to pool on all days. Ask to remove that from contract.
Srud has mailed highvoltage about contract signing with fourpoints, Nattie to ping him regarding the same.
Venue team to negotiate with infopark about platinum sponsorship
Infopark will not pay any money, so platinum sponsorship is injustice to other sponsors
IPRS thing has to be discussed with jagan, praveen will mail him https://iprs.org/
Kiran will contact with security team/network team fourpoints
Discussions about availability of ATMs near venue

Anupa has made sample questions for FAQ, childcare draft
Tell people have cash in advance, before leaving airport, put in faq.
Where to be careful.
Visa process - be more descriptive and give proper documentation on the visa application process.
Need map of amenities near venue (ATM, supermarket, medical stores etc). Action item
Need to find some laundry service.
