- Tomorrow meeting we'll have a meeting with the hotel about coordination.
- Some of the hotel staff don't realize the size of the event, so they aren't as helpful as they could be.
- Food isn't labelled for heat and vegan yet.
- Loading dock: If Sruthi is given advance notice, she can coordinate with the hotel to receive equipment.
- Network is up from the first day \o/.
- Trouble at assigning rooms for some people. Sruthi asked hotel to sort out.
- TEMP room numbers are confusing attendees, who think they need to give them to the receiption.
- We will give food coupons to hotel guests and visitors who have paid for food.
