Volunteers
The main volunteer roles are described in our documentation. We will require as many of the roles as possible for each talk. Talkmeister and Room Coordinators should, ideally, stay in the room for an entire segment (for example, breakfast to lunch or lunch to tea). This ensures that things run smoothly and not overtime. Training will happen once we have a room set up and ready to go (probably Friday). After there has been some training, the volunteer sign-up system will become active. We will hold more training sessions throughout the conference.
To Be Done
- Voctomix PCs running
- Opsis PCs running
- Install switches in each talk room
- Test projectors in Mini-auditorium and Video Conferencia with opsis
- Test sound in Video Conferencia
- Replace bulbs and position lights in Mini-auditorium
- Test Ben's remote talk
