Get a ["LiveCD"] linux distro, open a terminal and type: 

 mount  -o  suid,dev,rw   /mnt/["hdXX"]       (XX =   linux partition)
 chroot  /mnt/["hdXX"]
 lilo

Because you have to reinstall lilo
