Although I've been using Unix since 1991, I didn't switch my home workstation to [http://www.debian.org/ Debian GNU/Linux] until 2005. I'm still a fan of my previous favorite flavor, [http://www.netbsd.org/ NetBSD], but I a feel more at home with the Debian community.
