COVID-19: We'll follow government advice, as published at rivm.nl . So: please do not participate IRL if you have symptoms associated with COVID-19 – even if your symptoms are mild, and even if you are vaccinated and had a booster.

The venue is accessible using a wheel chair (it's not on ground floor, but there is an elevator).

Consuming a (warm) take-away meal is permitted. Drinking alcohol is permitted.

We're expected to leave the place better then how we've found it. (You understand the idea, so do discuss "improvements" on beforehand :-) )

Participants are expected to behave in accordance with both the Debian Code of Conduct and the DebConf Code of Conduct . If you are harassed and requests to stop are not successful, or notice a disrespectful environment please contact community@debian.org. We will treat your request with dignity and confidentiality, investigate, and take whatever actions appropriate.

The organisers can be reached via the public list debian-events-nl@lists.debian.org. In case more privacy is needed, contact JoostvanBaal-Ilić at joostvb@debian.org and/or Geert at stappers@d.o. For online coordination, you're invited to use the Debian BSP IRC channel OFTC/#debian-bugs (or #debian-nl for not bug-related stuff).

Remember: this ship has no passengers, only crew.

This page is also available via deb.li/iiOID.

On sunday evening some people might want to join to some restaurant nearby. Here are some tips: open are: Sofram (turkish, cheap, old and crappy interior), Sirtaki (greek, somewhat expensive, spoorlaan: very nearby), Klopa (bosnian, expensive, fancy). Will check if open: Burgerij. (Inza (korean) unfortunately is closed on sundays.)

Transport

This section can / may be used for travelling co-ordination. (same train / car pool / bike together )
