Unfortunately, the pandemic isn't over. If legal situation forbids or common sense advises aginst doing such an event, it will not happen. Check here for updates, and make sure any bookings are refundable.

Attendance count is limited to fourteen (14) for the time being. Still add yourself if the list is full - the number is not put in stone, especially if the weather allows working outside.

Venue

This event is hosted at (and generously sponsored by)

It's on the first floor, use the stairs or the lift.

We'll have a conference room with about twelve seats, a kitchen with coffee and various beverages, and an outdoor hacklab if weather permits.

Wheelchair accessibility

With limitations. The front door to the street needs to be pushed manually. Otherwise, the venue is barrier-free, but no accordingly equipped toilettes, unfortunately.

Getting there

Public transport

Next tram (📹) station is "Wolfartsweierer Straße", about 100 meters away.

Next railway stations are Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof (2.2 km) and Karlsruhe Durlach (3.3 km). Both are connected to the Tram network, the latter has a direct connection (line 5).

Parking

Parking right on front of the venue requires a fee from 08:00 until 20:00 (except Sunday). Cost is 2 EUR/hour, two hours at most.

For free parking check the area north of Ludwig-Ehrhard-Allee, try Kriegsstraße 16 and adjacent roads.

Accomodation

It is not possible to stay the night at the venue.

If you plan to stay at a hotel, please check out your preferred booking platform - for lack of first-hand experience, we prefer to not recommend particular places.
