Venue
The BSP will be held at Mozilla Toronto (thanks, Mozilla!). The office is located at 366 Adelaide St W, Suite 500 (OpenStreetMap).
Infrastructure
Mozilla's AV system is available for presentations.
Transport
The Mozilla Toronto office is relatively close to the St. Andrew subway station, but it is closer to Spadina Ave and King St West, so you might take a streetcar if you want to walk less. If you have questions, send a message to SergioDuriganJunior.
Food
We will order pizzas and drinks (non-alcoholic) from a Pizzaiolo location that is close to the venue. They have "regular", vegetarian and vegan options, as well as gluten-free. Take a look at their menu.
Accommodation
Unfortunately, given that the event will just last 1 day, we will not be able to provide accomodation for the attendees.
Bring
Please consider bringing the following items:
- computers
- network cable
- power adapters
- power bars
Reimbursement
As announced on debian-devel-announce/:
The Debian Project is willing to reimburse 100 USD (or equivalent) of expenses to attend Bug Squashing Parties (BSP). (...) Reimbursement requests should meet the following conditions:
- The requester should be a contributor of some description or have otherwise demonstrated a commitment to perform that kind of work.
The requester agrees to communicate their activities during the event (such as posting to Planet Debian, etc.). The goal here is to motivate others by increasing visibility.
