Venue
We still have to find a venue for the BSP. Here are a few ideas we had:
Eastern Bloc (tvaz is talking to them)
Maybe La Halte 24-7 via Evolix?
Maybe Koumbit, but they would have to get a better internet connection
Maybe Collège de Maisonneuve, since classes start on the 21st.
Maybe Santropol if the network is good enough ? Taowa works there and they could cater for us!
Transport
To be filled out when we decide on a venue.
Food
We are planning to provide Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Coffee and tea will also be available on site.
We need to find a place that can cater for us and be flexible on quantities.
It would also be nice to find 1 or 2 enterprises to sponsor food.
Accommodation
People might be able to sleep at the BSP location, depending on the venue chosen.
Do you have an empty couch in Montréal and would welcome someone attending the BSP? Please leave your information below.
