Venue
Eastern Bloc will graciously be hosting us. You can see pictures of the gallery here.
The "Annexe 2" has been reserved for us, but if the gallery is free that weekend we can use it too.
Infrastructure
We need:
To bring a WiFi AP (pollo will)
- To bring a machine for the APT proxy (pollo will)
- To bring network switches and ethernet cables
To build a local APT proxy (see AptCacherNg for client & server setup instructions)
Transport
To be filled out when we decide on a venue.
Food
We are planning to provide Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Coffee and tea will also be available on site.
We need to find a place that can cater for us and be flexible on quantities.
It would also be nice to find 1 or 2 enterprises to sponsor food.
Accommodation
We can stay all night at the venue, so if you want to bring an air mattress and a sleeping bag with you, you can crash there.
We also have couches to provide! Do you have an empty couch in Montréal and would welcome someone attending the BSP? Please leave your information below.

The Debian Project is willing to reimburse 100 USD (or equivalent) of expenses to attend Bug Squashing Parties (BSP). (...) Reimbursement requests should meet the following conditions:
- The requester should be a contributor of some description or have otherwise demonstrated a commitment to perform that kind of work.
The requester agrees to communicate their activities during the event (such as posting to Planet Debian, etc.). The goal here is to motivate others by increasing visibility.
