We are going to join the ["BSPMarathon"] with a bug-squashing party in [http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=52.084359,5.174561&spn=0.077638,0.130291&om=1 Utrecht, NL] on the weekend starting on September 29th 2006.

As phrased so well by Loïc Minier: "Anyone wanting to get the RC count down while drinking all forms of beverages and cutting down its sleep cycle is invited."

[http://www.nlnet.nl NLnet foundation] has generously agreed to sponsor the facilities for this BSP. Their main motive is the advancement and spreading of new network technology. Resolving bugs that relate to network technology (e.g. the IPv6 release goal or on network-related packages) is especially encouraged, but of course every other bug deserves squashing aswell.

[http://www.uu.nl Utrecht University] provides rooms and connectivity free of charge.

[http://www.a-eskwadraat.nl Study Association A-Eskwadraat] also provides rooms and various practical matters.

Transport

Utrecht is well-connected to the rest of Europe. It's easy to reach by train from the whole of The Netherlands, Germany and France. There's a direct train connection from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (at least every 30m, takes 30m), and there are also direct trains from Eindhoven (near Eindhoven Airport (EIN), having Ryanair), and Rotterdam (near Rotterdam Airport), as well as ICE train connections to Düsseldorf, Köln and Frankfurt. Railways: http://ns.nl

There's plenty of free parking available at the Princetonplein (directly north of the building on the above Google Maps photo). There's also a fast bus service from Utrecht central station.
