The library: "libplanner-1.so.0.0.0" seems to be for exclusive internal
use of the developers of planner instead of a "public library":
If this is right, we need to move libplanner-1.so.0.0.0 in order to comply with
Debian Policy 10.2: "...not public libraries...should be installed in subdirectories of the /usr/lib directory ..."
Check this with upstream. (see this thread)
