Facts:
- Xorg has decided to include AIGLX. This makes XGL factually dead.
- Therefore, Debian *does* ship Xorg including AIGLX.
- Debian does *not* ship XGL.
- ATI proprietary drivers do not currently support AIGLX; they need XGL.
- The builds of Debian Live with Beryl currently run in "Beryl-mode" only on systems with Intel onboard graphic cards, such as i855GM, i865GM, i915GM, and i945GM.
- Blame ATI for shipping outdated proprietary drivers not supporting AIGLX.
- Nvidia proprietary driver as of version 1.0-9625 does support AIGLX.
